Cathy is certified to lead Gentle, Level 1 and Chair classes.
Cathy is grateful that the Holy Spirit led her to Pietra Fitness after years of working in the healthcare field. She completed her Foundation 2 Certification in December of 2016. Cathy is excited to share Pietra Fitness as a way to develop greater awareness of the mind, body, and soul connection and to deepen our relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer. Her main goal is to encourage and inspire others to strengthen their bodies, discover balance in life and to be still and open to the gift of God’s grace.
She believes people of all ages and abilities can benefit from Pietra Fitness and welcomes the opportunity to introduce Pietra Fitness to others through speaking and wellness workshops and conference events in addition to live classes. Please contact Cathy for more information on her classes.
