Beginning with the peaceful pace, movements, and music in the warm-up, this 50-minute restorative workout will help you reduce stress, calm your mind, and relax your body. The Scriptures and meditation will remind you that you are a temple of the Holy Spirit and invite you to ask Jesus to restore any areas of your being that are in need of repair.
