That's why we started our Back to Basics classes—to teach you proper form and alignment for fundamental Pietra Fitness postures. With cues and tips and reminders as to which muscles you are working, Betsy will guide you through this 38-minute Gentle workout, helping you perfect posture pose and high lunge. And that's not all. Calf raises, heel walks, and other exercises will challenge your balance and engage all your muscles. Light twists, bends, and folds will gently stretch your body, helping you sit and stand taller.
