Full Core Strength for Active Bodies
This class is designed to strengthen and stabilize the core through a series of controlled, engaging movements. With a focus on exercises such as forearm plank, side plank, pikes, and V-sit variation, participants are invited to build strength, endurance, and awareness from the center of the body. Each movement encourages proper alignment and intentional muscle engagement, helping to support the whole body in both exercise and daily activity. As with all Pietra Fitness classes, this workout remains balanced. While the emphasis is on core strength, the class also promotes overall body awareness, stability, and a sense of interior calm, allowing participants to grow in strength while remaining attentive to God’s presence.
