Different exercises are incorporated to strengthen the back muscles that support the spine, and opening the chest which will aid in improving posture as well as body mechanics and alignment. If you sit in front of a computer all day or do any kind of regular lifting of weights or heavy objects (children), this class is for you. The meditation will leave you realizing how your self-worth is from God.
