Fitness boxing is a fantastic cardio workout that improves strength, oxygen levels, and cognitive skills. It requires you to put your entire body into it, pushing off from your feet, rotating your torso, coordinating body and hands, as well as your brain – all at once. Marked as advanced, but suitable for intermediate by stopping for more breaks and listening to your body.
