Strike a Pose
Each class in the "Strike a Pose" series focuses on preparing you to achieve a specific pose, chosen for its beauty, challenge, or uniqueness. Each class is carefully designed to strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance technique required for the pose, while fostering confidence and awareness. "Strike a Pose" provides a clear, tangible goal for each class. The journey to finally achieving a pose teaches resilience, determination, and a sense of accomplishment as you progress. It’s not just about mastering the pose, but rather understanding the body mechanics and alignment, as well as the mental focus to attain it. For those who like to challenge themselves and strive to conquer a specific goal, this series is for you!
