Honor and spend time with Mary in a new way with our Rosary series. October is traditionally dedicated to our Lady and the Most Holy Rosary, so this would be a great time to focus on this series, but of course, you can do these classes any time. With six original whole-person workouts, this series will strengthen your body, expand your mind, and nourish your soul. With Scriptures and meditations around a certain aspect of the Rosary, you can walk with Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary each day as you target a different part of the body.
