What if your first step toward healing and wholeness is the catalyst for healing your entire family? Live and Move: A Series for Women was created for those ladies who seek an integrated approach to wellness with classes firmly rooted in prayer, virtue, and the teachings of the Catholic Church. The classes are designed for all women at all stages of life, with options for gentle, intermediate, and advanced levels. One of the gentle classes offers prenatal modifications as well. . All of the classes are intended to improve strength, balance, posture and flexibility while calming the nervous system so that you can relax and be the woman God created you to be. Most of the beautiful meditations were from “A Manual for Women”, written by Danielle Bean, and published by TAN books. Join us, beautiful ladies, on this whole-person wellness journey!
