She works on proper alignment and helps you understand where you might feel the effects of each pose in your body. Alison covers: Low Chest Lift, Chest Lift, Ab Balance, Plank Pose, and Elevated Chest Lift on Toes. Learning these poses is an excellent way to build confidence in your practice while ensuring safety and awareness. This is not a class, rather a tutorial, so please warm up prior to doing this video.
