Hello there, dear future Pietra Fitness Instructors!

Welcome to our first blog for the 2022 P-FIT class! We are so excited you are here and can't wait to meet you and get to know you!

We wanted to help you in this blog to navigate the P-FIT Portal, so bear with us.

 

P-FIT Portal

Once you have logged in, under the Instructor's tab on the main menu of the website, you will find the P-FIT Portal (assuming you know that since you are here reading! hehe!). Let’s go over the links.

VIEW MEDITATIONS: During training, you have 3 meditation sheets to use as you practice teach.  You will find these in tab 15 of your manual.  They are Study Aid 6, 7, and 8. Because you will have them out of your binder to use them, we have them here as well so that you can reprint them if needed.  You may get a little tired of these meditations as you go through training, but remember, once you are certified, you will have access to all of the meditations we have, and we are always adding more.

VIEW FORMS: This is where you will find the dates for the P-FIT 2022 Session, bingo sheets (will be added later), and it may house other things you will need during the training. We will always let you know when something has been added you need.

VIEW ROUTINE SHEETS: Later in training, you will have routine sheets that you will use when practice teaching. You will find the routine sheets here.

VIEW TRAINING VIDEOS: You should start using this link right away! Once you click the link, you will find:

Training: Module Videos - These are the videos that go along with some of the modules. The coursework sheet for each module will tell you when and if you need to watch a video. When you open this up, you will find videos for Module 1: Introduction, Module 1: Daily Meditation, Module 2: About Pietra Fitness, Module 4: Breathing, Module 7:Postures 1 Seated & Kneeling Poses, Module 8: Postures 2 Standing Poses, and Module 9: Postures 3 Prone-Side-Supine Poses.

Training: Gentle Classes - These are the Gentle classes you will be practicing with at least 3 times a week. You will find Gentle: St. Benedict, Gentle: St. Peter, and Gentle: St. Scholastica.

Training: Intermediate Classes - These are the Intermediate classes you will be practicing with at least 3 times a week.  You will find Level 1: St. Peter, Level 1:St. Benedict, and Level 1: St. Scholastica.

Training: Advanced Classes - These are the Advanced classes you will be practicing with at least 3 times a week. When you open this up, you will find videos for Level 2: St. Peter, Level 2: St. Hildegard, and Level 2: St. Scholastica.

VIEW THE CALENDAR: We try to keep the calendar updated on what is going on with P-FIT.

SCHEDULE MY TEST: You will not need this right now; in fact, the 2021 class is using it to schedule their practicals.

REVIEW WORKSHEETS: Here, you will find the worksheets for all of the modules.

VIEW THE LATEST POSTS: Here, you will find the latest P-FIT Posts. You may need to click the “SEE ALL POSTS” button to find the one you are looking for.

VIEW THE LATEST RESOURCES: Here, you will see the newest resources added.

 

REMEMBER: We have always classified our classes as Gentle, Level 1, and Level 2. While working on the new website, we decided to go with Gentle, Intermediate, and Advanced to avoid confusion with Level 1 as being the place to begin. We have tried to make the changes in the manual and on the website, but please be patient if you find a discrepancy. It would be very helpful if you would make a note of any errors and let us know to correct it for the next group. Thank you!
